Commercial Drywall · Surrey, BC
A perfect wall disappears.
Steel stud, board and finish for general contractors across Greater Vancouver. We build the surface every other trade is judged against — then we make it vanish.

The Standard
Every trade leaves a mark. Ours is the absence of one.
Drywall is the last thing installed and the first thing anyone notices when it's wrong. A crown that catches the afternoon light. A butt joint that telegraphs through the paint. A ceiling that reads flat until the fixtures go in.
We work to the levels defined in GA-214 and install to ASTM C840 — not because it looks good on a quote, but because it's the language your architect and your painter are already speaking. You tell us the finish level. We deliver a wall that survives the walkthrough.
GA-214 · Levels of Finish
Not all drywall is finished.
Most people never see the difference between a Level 2 and a Level 5 — until the paint goes on and the light hits it. Drag the scale below and watch the same wall change.
Level 4
Standard for flat paint & light texture
Tape embedded in compound, then three separate coats over joints, angles and fastener heads, sanded smooth. The default for finished offices, suites and residential interiors.
Scope of Work
One subcontractor from layout to final coat.
Metal Stud Framing
Load-bearing and non-load-bearing steel stud partitions, bulkheads, shaft walls and soffits. Laid out to plan, plumbed and squared so the trades behind us aren't shimming their way through the job.
Drywall Installation
Board hung to spec — standard, moisture-resistant, Type X fire-rated and abuse-resistant. Multi-layer rated assemblies, ceilings and demising walls installed to ASTM C840 with fastener spacing that passes inspection first time.
Taping & Finishing
Level 1 through Level 5, corner bead, skim coat and spray texture. Where the spec calls for gloss paint or severe lighting, we skim the full surface — the only finish that holds up under a raking light.
T-Bar & Suspended Ceilings
Acoustic grid and tile for offices, retail and institutional space. Grid shot level, tiles cut clean around sprinklers, diffusers and lighting, and coordinated with mechanical and electrical before the lids go on.
Plywood & Specialty Walls
Plywood backing and blocking, acoustic and STC-rated assemblies, curved and feature walls, rated enclosures and shaft liner. If it's detailed on the drawings, we build it as drawn.
Tenant Improvements
Office, retail and warehouse TI — demo, reframe, patch and finish. Sequenced around occupied buildings, with after-hours and weekend access when the landlord requires it.
How We Work
Priced properly, once.
No allowance padding, no scope you discover halfway through. Send us what you have and you'll get a number you can carry into your bid.
Send the plans
Drawings, a scope sheet, or photos with dimensions. We'll tell you the same day whether it's a fit and what we'd need to price it.
Takeoff & quote
We do the takeoff and return a line-item quote — usually inside 48 hours — with scope, exclusions, finish level and unit rates written out.
Mobilize
Crew size matched to your schedule. Material staged, floors protected, and we sequence around the trades that have to work through us.
Walk & sign off
We walk the job with you under a work light, punch out deficiencies fast, and hand it over clean and ready for paint.
Where We Work
Mobilized daily across the Lower Mainland.
Outside these cities? Send the plans anyway — we quote across the Fraser Valley depending on scope and schedule.
